I am so glad alternative is back in Chicago. If I was running a radio station it would definitely would be a alternative / modern rock format.
I’m 44 and have been listening to alternative music since the 80′s.
My suggestion is to expand the format to include alternative music from the 80′s, 90′s, and 00′s.
If you need an example, pleae listen to 91x in San Diego an extremely popular alternative / modern rock station.
